I tend to agree with you re: downside (should be around offering level). One thing I just don't get, and no one has really explained to me satisfactorily, is what makes certain deals hotter than others...besides the obvious (industry). I mean, reading Kimberly's synopsis I woulda thought this would open around 40 - it seems like they are in the right industry, great underwriters, small float, great list of clients - just don't get it.
