Software Gaming Corp's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Beyond
2000 Solutions Ltd. Signs Distribution Agreement With
Soft Choice

TORONTO, CANADA--Beyond 2000 Solutions Ltd., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Software Gaming Corp. has signed an agreement with
SoftChoice to distribute its software products, Intellifix, Total
Fax, Website Traffic Builder, IntelliFIX 2000, IntelliFIX 2000
Pro, MFX and Speed through SoftChoice's multiple distribution
channels.

SoftChoice is a leading distributor of software to small business
and home offices. They have a customer base of over 400,000 and
growing. SoftChoice is a young, innovative and growing company
with 100 outside sales people, 40 inside sales people and offices
in Chicago, New Jersey, LA, Vancouver and Montreal.

The distribution agreement will include Beyond 2000 Ltd.'s full
range of products and any future products will be considered where
appropriate. Products featured in the SoftChoice fall and winter
catalogues are, IntelliFIX 2000, IntelliFIX 2000 Pro, MFX and
Speed.

Concurrent with the catalogue advertising, a sample distribution
of over 5000 free "test disks" through SoftChoice's direct
shipments is in place. The test disk scans a PC for problems and
depending on the outcome, encourages the user to purchase the fix
product through either an 800 number into a SoftChoice order desk
or via the SoftChoice web site located at www.SoftChoice.com.

Beyond 2000 has already exceeded its target orders from SoftChoice
and estimates revenues from SoftChoice sales to exceed $100,000
for the quarter ended December 31, 1999.
