Thanks, Lew

The 10,000 shares that some poor sucker bought at C$1.00 are now worth 8 or 9 cents each (or .90 for ten). The sucker can sit and watch the 1,000 shares he/she now will be left with drop through market inertia down to 20 cents or less a share (a drop of 98% from the original price paid). Then all Jarvis and Hislop will have to do is a private placement at those prices and pick up millions of new shares, further diluting the share of the company held by us suckers. Should Gemini EVER see any profits, us shareholders' share of such profits would be so super-miniscule as to be virtually non-existent.

Ain't we LUCKY??!!! Such smart investors we were!!! NOT

And to think that Ultra is controlled by the same crowd. It makes you want to just weep for joy! ...or something. Guess we just have to wait for the other shoe to drop.
