Well, the bottom semms to have really fallen out in terms of support? All the talk of "moving into stronger hands" and anything else doesn't seem to count towards anything on the way down, once the drop has started? As for myself, I have always bought with going long in mind, so I'm not going to change now.

As for insider selling, I also take a different angle on what it may mean. I think we'd agree that Barry probably has a great idea as to where the company is going and everyone seems to think his selling means bad news. But what if Barry knows that IMPX will be doing quite well? Barry knows that if he sells, everyone will assume bad news and the stock price will plummet, as it has. When the good news gets announced, it can then be bought back at a bargain. I think we'll know when the next quarter gets announced.

I also know that company executives must wait 6 months between buys and sells, but is Barry still a company executive?

Just speculating on a different possibility as to why the stock price is going down so dramatically. No momentum, no support, is also a great and just as likely theory.

To conclude, if you think the company has great potential (as I do), then you just have to ride out the speculative undulations that happen. Sure, you can feel horrible that you're now stuck and have to hope the price improves, but that is a possibility with any stock. It's all speculation.

To go out on a limb, I'll predict that the next quarterly result is good and that 6 months from now we'll be back to being a $20 stock.
