I have several accounts at WITC...I routinely ask for 200 shares of any IPO that comes out in each account knowing that WITC usually allots only 100 shares per account (if any at all). Surprisingly, I have received 200 shares of an IPO on two occasions. Looks like Charter may be my third. If it wasn't for the street buzz on this one...I would probably pass! Aloha, Mary
