You bring up some good points. In turn I would ask:

Orex claims Don to be there Mining Expert. Aren't you a little bit worried that he is recommending his own properties? Wouldn't it have been in the best interest of Orex shareholders to have an independent third party geologist or mining engineer evaluate these properties before Orex issued shares for them? Doesn't it bother you just a little that the actual number of shares and their status has never been disclosed by the company.
