Mike, I'm not sure at all that CPQ is cheap.
I guess it's all relative. I felt that KO
is attractive at 47 before I recalled shorting
them at that level 2.5 years ago while eps and
revenue didn't change. I realized that the only
thing that changed is that the bubble got a lot
bigger and 35 eps on KO looks good.

CPQ is still trading at 2X '96 levels while
growth is all but gone and they still face
mounts of specific problems which are in the
price and industry wide problems which are
not in the price.
