All subjective. Let's introduce a concrete measure here. While not directly correlated, a preference of MOST people to purchase the "better value" Dell system would be reflected in the respective earnings of CPQ and Dell I expect? Compaq just beat expectations. Perhaps we should discuss this again when Dell announces?
