Dick, I was told that Select Capital was out of Miami Fl. I believe they are a Venture Capital Lending Institution. I wish someone would dig into this further to find out what is so criminal about them. I would suggest starting with the SEC. I have told STS what Angela Huxsom told me yesterday and they informed me that is not exactly what they were told. All I know is I doubt if Management will pursue this any further as right now they have more important things to worry about in regards to financing and really the future of this company and the direction it will take if they lose Yetwene. I don't think we'll see 1.50 for months if you want my opinion. Regards. Chad Beemer
