re: space and time

I think GZ is right. You could separate the three dimensions
of space but you're not tempted to call it three things instead
of one. It's just space, although even those three dimensions
are too much for any charting program to handle.

To a degree log scaling is a way of bending the plane to see
the picture in a different context. I really really wish
I had more sophisticated scaling options because there
are a lot of things I'd like to experiment with. Fib
scaling? whatever.

Time is one of the two dimensions available on the chart.
The other two spacial ones are missing, so without time
we would just watch the single infinite session bar go
up and down.

But none of this has anything to do with the question.
Fib relationships can be sought anywhere you have discreet
quantities to work with. Units of time are as valid as
units of price, especially when you consider that in both
cases the choice of units is arbitrary.

hmmm... pedantic, yes I think I'm sounding that way.
Sorry. If this were in person I'd wave my arms around
and spill coffee and draw pictures. That would be
more fun.
