Kenneth, you wrote "I don't understand the reasoning that copper in areas where a lan could be easily used to replace the twisted pair and deliver full services immediately is a better choice than the DSL technologies used over copper in the ground, for example. The costs of equipping cable for full service over long outside plant distances v. using DSL for a while, is a completely different comparison to household wiring replacement.
