haim, i'm not a lawyer and i have my hands full figuring out this cobalt blue situation...is ebay responsible for the 'auction' posting of kidneys ? is the poster ? i don't believe one could joke around about having illegal substances in ones pocket to a police officer or at an airport, i think there would be legal ramnifications... i found it laughable that a flunkie ex accountant like me could figure out that they could have a little program to scan for such items, or gasp, effing pay some people to monitor the listings, however i think they have it under control now...(i assume)...the question is, again, who is responsible for the listings ? what else is laughable ? i'll pm you.... ike
