Ummmm... yes, that was my point. Today's press release at best was a platitude, and, at worst, an excuse to release news. It's not the content that's the problem, it's the timing. How can you preannounce a stock buyback when you haven't even made your share structure public? If not for Ga Bard calling the TA (kudos for that), how would most of us even know that the outstanding has increased by 30% since late last month? Do you know how many more shares ORXX plans to issue prior to the time they are in production and making money? Want to bet the outstanding increases by at least 5M shares far far before ORXX starts their 5M share buyback? Get the picture?
