Well, CB attacked Edwarda viciously and totally unfairly, and since I was only skimming the thread (was in Oregon over the weekend) I missed the fact that SI Bob had already e-spanked CB by terminating her, so I jumped in to Edwarda's defense only to find that Edwarda, being her usual sweet self in spite of all the problems she has been going through, had forgiven CB and all was patched up, at least for the time being, though it's got to be hard to forget the things CB said.

But meanwhile, X jumped in to CB's defense, so she has been being mean to me for trying to be nice to Edwarda.

If this sounds to you like one of those Elizabethean farces with people coming in this door and out that door and everything muddling in the middle, you're right.

Oh well, I hadn't been attacked on line for quite a while. I had almost grown to miss it, like you miss the itch when your cast finally comes off.
