I see nothing bad about this share count. Heck I know firms in the Gold business or mining business that are trading two times this amount and have 3 times the outstanding issue with less of a operation. Most mining firms just talk about there large plat of ground. They spend money or paper on drill programs that can or may not hit pay dirt. If they do find something it's just talk to get more paper on the street to do more dirll programs to sell more stock. Well you know the picture.

This firm is trying to open and operate a mill/mine and make some money. Not toss it down a drilled hole in the ground. Big diff. IMVHO.
