Looks like both compaines came out like bandits on this deal... ISLD only issued 27.4 million shares of stock...(lot less than what should have been issued) SANDP was worth about 630$million on Monday according to ISLD, now worth over 1.37 billion$ ... not a bad growth spurt in 2 days I would say.. Looks like they planned it this way....no underwriters, no shareholders to deal with, nada.. They go public and start of with a whopping $1.37 billion in 2 days...So that is the market cap of SANDP, essentially.. Both came out well..Good move, SANDP and ISLD FM who thinks women are really showing the men how to work the mojo on business deals :-)
