It looks like the company is seeking a new listing. Are they going to abandon the BB? Do you think that they are worried that they won't qualify for the BB? Could there be too many "skeletons" in this closet of horrors? Are they are afraid that they may have to answer too many questions to qualify for fully reporting status in time?
