Thank you, Frank, for your explanation. I do appreciate it.

I mistakenly took your previous post to be saying that revenue was to be divided three ways, rather than two.

There is a great deal of consolidation happening within the industry, absolutely. And I'm aware of competition dramatically driving down prices for voice calling. Happily so, as an end user. I don't think so, but hope you weren't trying to paint a bleak picture as though voice calling was the only source of revenue.

Here, though, Network Plus is not competing with a parent. BEL does have an equity stake in MFNX but they are not a parent.
