If they carry business interruption insurance, as they claim, why will it not accrue this year?

This will take time to recover. The insurance company will fight for every penny, and I would not expect any resolution for 6-9 months. The real question in my mind, can they recapture that lost revenue in the fourth quarter? At Greenville, while capacity is largely spoken-for over the next couple years, at this moment in time, there is excess capacity at the plant. Can this be utilized make-up the shortfall in product last September? Further, they may be able to utilize resources at their other two facilities to make-up for the shortfall. The pharm companies will certainly still need this product. If they can recapture the lost revenue, which would produce a very nice fourth quarter, they would then have trouble justifying an insurance claim for lost revenue due to business interruption. Hopefully some light will be shed on this during the CC tomorrow. More than this, though, I would like to hear a Xonon announcement.
