Earnings are out at 42 cents!!! wow, beat my estimates of 35 cents by a long shot. Also recall that they are not paying income taxes on earnings, they have about 1 1/4 more quarters worth of income (a lil over 5 million) of tax losses to use. Next year comparisons will include taxable income...however, they probably wont pay the full US tax rate, will have to verify with IR. 7% sequential revenue growth is a bit weak, but revenues up strong over last year. Looks like software sales are picking up, but I think they need to sign some big clients soon. Still maintain $35 year end target, which I posted on my newsletter several weeks ago. I also advised my readers to buy MGIC at 22 last week ahead of earnings. You can subscribe (my IRA is up 850% this year, and will probably climb further today with my MGIC stake). Go to www.onelist.com/subscribe/smrm.... its free for now. Or email smrm-owner@onelist.com with your email address in subject line. Here is URL for earnings...
