The press release didn't mention the water depth. To some folks "deepwater" is 1000 feet. To others it's 3000 feet and to still others it's 5000 feet. There are a number of idle units in the area that could handle the lower end of that range. Otherwise, they'll have to pull in one of the big boys. And it won't be cheap.
