Learn2.com Customized Tutorial Will Educate Users On New AOL Charting Tool

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Learn2.com (NASDAQ:LTWO), a
leading provider of learning solutions, today announced an agreement with
America Online, Inc. (NYSE:AOL), the world's leading interactive services
company, to provide AOL members with Learn2.com's streaming tutorial
solutions.
Under the agreement, Learn2.com will supply a customized tutorial to
AOL's Personal Finance Channel that will help members use AOL's new
stock, fund, and index charting tool, which will be launched in early 2000.
AOL members will learn to use this new charting tool through online
interactive multimedia tutorials, which will incorporate Learn2.com's
technology, content, and hosting capabilities.

commitment to provide their customers and members with a simple way to
learn more about the services and functions available to them," stated
