Nice work Walter. It will be interesting, and telling, to see if anyone responds. What does Hal Smith do anyway? His unresponsiveness over the last couple of years to concerns raised by members of this thread certainly isn't good PR for CIST. Shareholders should rate pretty high in the list of groups you want to keep happy, right behind customers and employees. My guess is that they are concentrating on the employees part of the equation.
