Andrew, I have conclude that UTEK is suffering because it is not a semi-equip favorite (e.g. AMAT), it is not a back end tool maker (e.g KLIC), it is not a leading edge tool maker, and it hasn't forecasted much earnings growth in 97 and 98. There are buying opportunities and selling opportunities and UTEK keeps providing us with the former. Cary
