Art, There is some confusion here. You stated... Defendant SanDisk probably argued that a preliminary injunction would result in loss of millions of dollars of business, thereby requiring Lexar to post bond. The situation is actually not as you describe... SanDisk is the plaintiff. SanDisk has requested the preliminary injunction against Lexar Media. Lexar Media is being request to post bond.
