Bouf and Joe: Greetings. Hats off to VMAX I understand the definitive to be near complete and closing with all filings to be issued over the next 3 weeks or so... Also, I anticipate 1999 total Loan Originations to be in excess of $125 million for the combined company with gross earnings inthe 20% range with net income to fall into the $4 - 7 million range. IMHO. These numbers have been derived by ME after multiple conversations and projections by ME according to the Facts available. Trying to add more at .17 Good luck
