I believe the original technology comes from the military.There is actually a VERY similar application on the Apache and Comanche helicopter,which I believe is from Rockwell!Nevertheless XYBR has some intrisic value.I suspect that they are involved in a feud w/one of their original underwriter,and that may upset some in the brokerage fraternity,hence the depressed price.From a high of 16 to a low of 1 1/2 that must hurt!If their rumored negotiations with european companies comes to a head,we could have a pleasant surprise,the problem,is that they dont appear to be able to conclude any real sales,just manufacturing agreements.One MUST sell its products .....
