From the CEO: Thomas Hughes announces today an incentive to supplement the anti-dilution efforts of ECNC. Shareholders who send in their certificates to eConnect and agree to have the certificates placed in "escrow" for a period of 90 days will receive a dividend of 25% additional shares of 144 stock, exercisable a year after the date issued. Mr. Hughes stated, "This will further reduce the float during our stage of implementation."
