Hugh, This was mention by MLSM IR to several share holders today. Augen financed the 98 year and have stated that they are interested in financing the balance of 99 and the 2000 year. MLSM are waiting to see what HD will do on Nov 01 and then they will make their next move. Augen has stated that will finance with HD or without HD. As for HD raising the price, not so sure about this. MLSM have also said that in the last 2 weeks they have been aggressively promoting the property and also the Airport and Montana properties but mostly Potter. Could this be the fruits of their labor? Can any one tell who is buying or selling? Rick
