Paul,

I'm still in CSE....EU deadline is currently tomorrow....I think you may have sold a little early.

The thing I like about CGE vs. a lot of the other ones....is that it's a financial services company, and you would think the acquirer is in the financial markets and has a better feel for what the financing situation is....versus some of these like HERB, AATT, etc.

So just don't sue me if CGE falls apart. <G>
