Too bad this astro thread has been rather quiet for some time! No, I haven't heard any news regarding any follow-up predictions from Crawford or Weingarten and others since end of August.

However, if my memory serves me right, Crawford has recommended going short 200% in the market. To me, this shows he is expecting a horrendous blow-out!!! Maybe it will happen in the first half of November with Mercury going retrograde and thus spoiling things for lotsa' folks! Perhaps the present volatility may sooner than later spark a stampede to the exits! But some folks think this is unlikely because the powers that be have apparently learnt much from the Crash of 1929 and Black Monday October 18th 1987 to be able to engineer a soft-landing.

You may well be right that stock market crash and adverse Y2K effects might not occur until about May 2000. Indeed, Y2K, contrary to common belief, is not going to be a single event on 1st. Jan 2000 but an ongoing systemic problem arising mainly from embedded systems in the large (mainframe) computers.

Uranus, the planet that rules computers and hi-tech and communications has been foretelling disaster. But then again, remember that I pointed out that Uranus was Retrograde in August. (It started to go Direct on Tuesday 26th October.)
