Medinah should have a much better idea if the Nasdaq merger is going to fly after the meeting.

Mike,
I don't see why the Nasdaq merger is necessarily a good thing. In fact, it's very easy to see it as something just the opposite. The only reason i see to do a merger is if the Nasdaq company can provide the cash to complete the drilling. If the IP results are as stunning as many think, there should be no trouble forming a JV with one of the majors. In that case, i see no advantage in doing a merger instead. What if the Nasdaq company IS one of the majors? Again. Wouldn't a JV be preferable to a merger?
So, IF the Nasdaq merger isn't a good thing, what could be the opposite? How about a reverse split disguised in the form of a reverse merger? How about a reverse merger which allows Medinah to take on a new identity and hide its past from future investors? I'm not saying that any of this will happen or even that evil intent exists on the part of Medinah; I'm saying that too many "next weeks" have given Medinah a huge credibility problem.
You said you would be standing at the front of the room at the AGM with a scowl on your face or at the back of the room with a smile. It's obvious you're smiling. It isn't obvious to me why. Every thing i've heard from the AGM so far just sounds like the same old same old. I'm not sure how the tone of these written words will play on the internet so let me assure you this is not a personal diatribe against you.
