Egad! To be honest I don't know who originally brought this one up.. here of all places.

However, I still say the lawsuit issue bears investigation on the part of SI mgmt. I mean when you have lawyers on some stock thread threatening industry people with lawsuits because the comments are something they don't want to hear... come on.

I always thought these frivilous lawsuit people lived mostly in cyber-world... that they really didn't exist, and then a friend moved into a new country club housing development. Everybody is suing everybody else for their landscaping. Its amazing.
