The comment posted earlier was taken from Briefing.com.

It is my understanding that with two weeks to go, the business required to make the quarter had been identified, but not closed. They may make their numbers. They may not. In this environment, sounds like the analyst has decided to take the cautious (perhaps prudent) approach.
