Larry: Your presumption about the COO's concern for the Investor is not correct. Look at CS,COMS and NN and you see
a pattern of Mgmt's lack of concern for Shareholders.

The Mgmt know that they have reached a wall. Instead of admitting new Blood, they plod on tinkering with a few changes from Q to Q. As Peter Drucker states any Technical Invention is obsolete the day it is produced. Good CEO's realize that and foster a vision of creativity and Customer feedback that generates a never ending product line.

The best approach now would be for NN to put out feelers for a sale to NT. NT's stock price is at a high and a purchase against stock would make sense to their stock holders. Perhaps if enough shareholders sent I.R such a request it may find its way to the top.

Just a thought.!
