Cross post from RB Both buyers and sellers determine the direction of a stock, its just this stock doesn't have any sellers, so the buyers determine the direction. So if all the buyers have their BIDS in "just in case the MM drop the price" the MM will drop the price to make the sale and in retrospect hurt the price of the stock and yet it was only to meet the expectation of the buyers! The irony is that those BIDS are there in support of the stock and yet it is hurting the price of the stock. Best Regards WB
