(COMTEX) B: GENEVA DIGITAL: Geneva Digital acquired by Xenos Group
B: GENEVA DIGITAL: Geneva Digital acquired by Xenos Group

OCT 26, 1999, M2 Communications - Walton on Thames, Surrey -- Geneva
Digital, a UK-based supplier of electronic document solutions, has
merged with Xenos Group, a North American-based world leader in
e-commerce document presentment software.

Xenos Group invested in Geneva Digital because of its blue chip
client base, which consists of financial service, telecomms and utility
organisations; excellent reputation as a leading electronic document
solution provider and integrator; and because of the UK company's
outstanding growth and profitability record.

There is a great deal of synergy between the two IT companies as they
are leaders in the electronic document sector. For Geneva, the merger
gives the company additional financial resources; enables it to expand
into other European countries; and provides a world leading e-document
technology to its wide, established customer base. Geneva Digital will
rebrand as Xenos Europe in due course.

"This is an exciting day for Geneva Digital and its clients and is
synergistic with our direction" said Glen Manchester, the company's
managing director, who becomes group chief executive for European
operations and a board member of Xenos Group. "We anticipate that
Xenos' technologies will be in considerable demand as more and more
European companies adopt e-commerce strategies incorporating electronic
document presentment and EBPP (electronic bill presentment and
payment)."
