all of my previous post is junk if you can announce a JV with a major tomorrow though! That allows the mkt to assume that the major (Rio or whoever you want) has done their own scoping work and is privy to more data than your letting us in on. But till then - your in a tough sell spot and need some more data for the skeptical speculative junior investors.
