Actually that is not true, if you are able to look at the T/S and see the BID&ASK prices as they occured in relation to the sales one would see them being sold at the ASK. They had to walk it down enough so that for instance the fellow that bought the 10,000 shares BID @ 3.46 was now the ASK price of which they did the transaction. Best Regards WB
