Glen commented that the UPS/PNLK relationship was
"unique", and that ONLY PNLK was being promoted on
the UPS Website as such. He said there have been
several unofficial, but serious "BUYOUT OFFERS",
some by wealthy middle-easterners. They are looking
at several options/offers, not to exclude; IPO,
MERGER, BUYOUT, PARTNERSHIP, etc. Rob
