Nope.

They have to receive a grade of PASS on their SEC filings. Nobody makes it on the first attempt.

This normally takes months, as the SEC rejects all initial attempts. They invariably have a list of questions and clarifications a mile long. The company must resubmit, and the SEC must like the answers they get before they are accepted for relisting.
