Okay, I admit it, shock! horror! I did indeed bring up Judd's name. After all, you said you spoke with Mann's attorney. Judd wasn't representing Mann earlier, and I have no idea whether he is now, but he did say at the January/February hearings that if the case were to be tried, Mann would have to appear, and that he did know people who were in touch with him.

Now: did you make that phone call or not?
