Thanks for your thorough work on the DGN acquisition....however, you failed to mention the benefits (to EMC) on adding a talented base of engineers and support people via the acquisition...one, given the proximity to EMC's headquarters, will allow EMC to have some bench strength in its other (fast-growing) lines of business...

I would imagine the effort, cost, and logistics of hiring people (to support hyper-growth) is a huge burden, and potentially stumbling block (to a company like EMC)...wouldn't having this additional bench strength be worth something (significant) in your analysis? I don't recall you addressing this..
