Well to make a long story short she posted the business address and telephone number of someone who had already posted the way to FIND his business address and telephone number at least twice on SI- although he did not actually post these things- he told the person (in essence) that even a moron (or you moron, or something like that) could find him and call him using that information.
Now, Cobalt posted this information for I do not know what reason. The person about whom she posted the free information thanked her for the free advertising.
There had been many attacks made by this person and many insults exchanged with this person on the thread where the incident took place. I would go so far as to say a brawl occurred and late at night several people ganged up on Cobalt who lost her temper. I hope this answers your question, and I hope I have been accurate. But I hardly ever seem to be able to please everyone.

Here is the post where he tells a "moron" how to look him up- anyone could follow that
to his information. It is a map to his phone number and office. Perhaps you believe that
is not the same thing- well maybe you are right, and maybe you aren't. If I told you my
name and where to call directory assistance to find me- I think I've given you my name,
phone number and address- but I grant you one could quibble over it.
