Now, let's see a market potential of 6 or 7 thousand times $500,000 - $600,000 per equals $3 - $4 billion. Just for the 248nm tools alone. WOW.

Not to mention the spares and service revenue that all of those lasers will provide to Cymer, post-warranty. That will provide a nice reliable source of income for Cymer and smooth their revenue stream during future cyclical downturns in the semiconductor business.
