If ArF1 is anticipated in 2002, over what time period would we anticipate the 6-7,000 KrF lasers? I imagine some of these would continue beyond 2002 for less critical layers. However, if memory serves me correctly, CYMI has the capacity to produce approx 1,000 lasers per year. Does this mean we get to full capacity very shortly? If so, double-WOW!
