I agree.

Just bought some shares of PASW at almost a 41% discount to
RATL's current bid price of 13 1/2. Coupled with the fact that
RATL management has already said they are comfortable with
the operating earnings expectations for the quarter, I could no
longer resist the steep discount. Am I insane, or has the street
lost its mind here?

The deal is slated to close in calendar Q2, correct?
