Important to note that the closing bid today is lower than the closing bid that drops out. VLNC stock price continues to fail to find any good reason to rise.

"Note that one of the lowest six closing bids, the 4 5/8 bid on Oct 14 became stale today, and drops out of the conversion pricing tomorrow at noon. "
