Today's closing bid doesn't matter...

...when it comes to determining whether tomorrow's conversion price will be higher or lower than today's conversion price.

If tomorrow's closing bid is above 4 5/8, the conversion price goes up. If tomorrow's closing bid is less than 4 5/8, then the conversion price goes down.
