I would think that RR may be buying at these levels too.
Do you have any idea about Non-conventional Fuel Source Tax Credits [Section 29 (IRC)]? I saw these in passing the other day and thought I would ask.
Were at 4 3/4 on 117k. The market looks weaker now than it has in the past few weeks. Nasdaq down on a day when earnings were, for the most part, at or above expectations.

Hope things are treating you well. Watch out for the weather!
